First and foremost, your interests come first. My #1 goal will be to help you achieve your goal. I will invest my full time, expertise and attention to make sure you get the very best service I can give.

I can help you maximize and capitalize on the potential in your property. I am skilled in home renovation, building practices and green building, so I have a good eye for the efficient features of your home—it's probably greener (or more "greenable") than you think!   I’ll show you how to make your house or condo more attractive and inviting, especially to the green-conscious buyer. Many improvements I will suggest are inexpensive or even free.

1. Communication. I will really listen to you in order to gain a full understanding of your needs and goals. I also promise to keep you informed, communicating with you at least once a week, every week. I will update you about what marketing has been done on your home that week, the response rate, what is planned for the next week, feedback received from agents who have shown your home, any changes in mortgage rates or in the local real estate market which might affect the sale of your home.

2. Active, aggressive, custom marketing plan. I will work whole-heartedly to market your property actively, aggressively and creatively – not just in the first few weeks, but until it is sold. I offer a marketing plan that is custom-designed for the particulars of your property and your goals, for target buyers we identify, and current market conditions, with the objective of selling your home for the most money in the shortest time. Active, aggressive and creative marketing of your property, with frequent adjustments based on feedback we get, on the success we are seeing (or not seeing) for each marketing effort, and changes in marketing conditions.

3. CMAs. Thorough competitive market analyses to determine the appropriate price range for your home, as well as to identify other properties that are competing for the same buyers.

4. Your own team. All of the great real estate related professionals I work with will be at your disposal: mortgage brokers, escrow and title professionals, home services professionals (tradespeople, landscapers, home efficiency auditors, etc.)

5. Expertise in green building. I have an educated and practiced eye about housing systems and construction, with specialized training and experience in green building technologies. I will help you showcase the energy and water efficient features of your home.

6. Transaction management. I am exceptionally competent and thorough with contract provisions and transactional details involved in real estate. I will effectively troubleshoot any issues that arise to keep a sales transaction moving forward to a successful conclusion.

7. Negotiating. I personally deliver your counter-offer to the prospective buyer whenever possible, with a persuasive presentation aimed at “sealing the deal.”
